Overview
LTSCT’s DC-DC USB Power Delivery (PD) solution is a compact, high-performance automotive USB charging IC primarily targeted for in-vehicle applications such as front and rear seat USB-C charging modules. Designed as a robust in-vehicle USB PD solution, it supports both wired and wireless charging while reducing software complexity and MCU count in zone architectures. The device features a fully integrated, over-the-air updatable USB-PD charging platform.
LTSCT’s USB-C PD products deliver intelligent adaptive power management, utilising advanced power-sharing algorithms to dynamically distribute power across multiple ports. With adaptive power sharing and comprehensive universal charging support, the solution ensures seamless compatibility across modern devices.

- AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40 °C to +125 °C) qualified with 40 V load dump resilience.
- Universal charging support: BC1.2, UFCS, Apple, Samsung AFC, QC 2/3/4/5, VOOC/SVOOC.
- RISC-V MCU with hardware crypto, OTA updates via LIN/I2C/UART or USB-C.
- Adaptive power sharing (extendable to multi-port) with high-efficiency DC-DC (300/400/500 kHz).
- Protection: OVP/OCP/SCP/RCP, cable fault, ±15 kV ESD, CISPR25 Class 5 EMI/EMC.
