Overview
The IPM modules are designed using IGBT technology to simplify system design, improve overall reliability, and enhance energy efficiency in power conversion and motor-drive systems.
LTSCT is also pioneering the development of ultra-efficient SiC-based Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs), integrating SiC MOSFETs, Isolated Gate Drivers, and Isolated Power Supplies into a single compact package. Built on proprietary advanced packaging technology, these IPMs offer:
