Overview

LTSCT’s Dual Port USB Power Delivery (PD) solution is a compact, high-performance device delivering up to 340 W of total power from a 12 V automotive battery. Featuring 100 W integrated buck boost MOSFETs and a 240 W external power stage, it is fully USB-PD 3.2 v1.1 compliant and supports both stand-alone and networked operation in automotive environments. The device integrates I²C, UART, and LIN communication interfaces, a RISC-V microcontroller with hardware cryptography and OTA update capability, and support for both PPS and proprietary charging protocols for maximum compatibility.

Advanced adaptive power sharing ensures efficient distribution between ports, while comprehensive protection features guard against ESD, corrosion, battery transients, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuits, and overcurrent. Versatile USB data and video support, along with customisable GPIOs for functions such as dimmable LED lighting, make this solution ideal for modern automotive charging and connectivity needs.
