Overview

Automotive E/E topology is undergoing a transition to zonal architectures, driven by the requirements of software defined vehicle (SDV) design as well as the associated benefits of reduced wire harness weight, complexity, and cost. The smart actuator portfolio aims to ease this transition to zonal architectures and SDVs for our customers with drivers that reduce MCU overhead in zonal ECUs. The actuator drivers feature full software configurability, integrated control, and digital diagnostics.

The portfolio covers a wide range of actuator drivers, including high-side (HS) drivers and eFuses, H-bridge DC motor drivers, and BLDC motor controllers. It also includes a comprehensive support package with reference designs, complex device drivers, and complete functional safety documentation.
