Overview

Introducing our advanced isolated SiC/IGBT driver, designed to support up to 1200 V with external SiC/IGBT FETs. This driver features smart functions such as PWM switching during runtime and adjustable active filtering for improved efficiency. It includes DESAT protection, an active Miller clamp, and ultra-fast response time to eliminate delays from the isolation barrier.
The integrated DC/DC isolation supply enhances overall system reliability, while active discharge of the DC link capacitor eliminates the need for external circuitry. Combined with comprehensive diagnostic capabilities, the solution ensures robust performance and safe operation across high-voltage environments.
