Overview

LTSCT’s DC-DC USB Power Delivery (PD) solution is a compact, high-performance device primarily targeted for automotive applications such as front and rear seat charging ports. LTSCT offers power-dense and highly integrated wired and wireless charging solutions that reduce software complexity and MCU count in zone architectures, featuring a fully integrated, over-the-air updatable USB-PD charging solution.

LTSCT’s USB-C PD products offer intelligent adaptive power management, utilising power-sharing algorithms and methodologies to dynamically distribute power across multiple ports.

  • USB-PD 3.2 v1.1 compliant with 100 W (integrated) + 240 W (external) per port.
  • AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40 °C to +125 °C) and 40 V load dump resilience.
  • Universal charging support: BC1.2, UFCS, Apple, Samsung AFC, QC 2/3/4/5, VOOC/SVOOC.
  • RISC-V MCU with hardware crypto, OTA updates via LIN/I2C/UART or USB-C.
  • Adaptive power sharing (extendable to multi-port) and high-efficiency DC-DC (300/400/500 kHz).
  • Protection: OVP/OCP/SCP/RCP, cable fault, ±15 kV ESD, CISPR25 Class 5 EMI/EMC.
