Overview

LTSCT’s Dual Port USB Power Delivery (PD) solution is a compact, high-performance device delivering up to 2 x 240 W of total power from a 12 V automotive battery. Featuring two buck boost controllers with external FET drivers, it is fully USB-PD 3.2 v1.1 compliant and supports both stand-alone and networked operation in automotive environments. The device integrates I²C, UART, and LIN communication interfaces, a RISC-V microcontroller with hardware cryptography and OTA update capability, and support for both PPS and proprietary charging protocols for maximum compatibility.

Advanced adaptive power sharing ensures efficient distribution between ports, while comprehensive protection features guard against ESD, corrosion, battery transients, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuits, and overcurrent. Along with customizable GPIOs for functions such as dimmable LED lighting, this solution is ideal for modern automotive charging needs.
