Overview

LTSCT is committed to upholding excellence by maintaining high quality standards across its semiconductor products. Weperform comprehensive quality checks at every stage of the product development process, including design, manufacturing,packaging, testing, qualification, and delivery, to ensure that quality consistently exceeds expectations.​

We maintain strong engagement with customers and promote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging our QualityManagement System (QMS). As a quality-first organization, LTSCT ensures customer satisfaction by delivering reliable andconsistent products.​

Where quality meets consistency

Standards & Certifications

We are in the process of acquiring certifications for Quality Management System- ISO 9001, Information Security Management System- ISO 27001 along with TISAX Assessment, Environmental Management System- ISO 14001, Occupational health, and safety Management System- ISO 45001 and aligning our products with other automotive standards IATF 16949, ISO 26262, ASPICE, VDA 6.3.

We aim to provide our customers with high quality products that exceed their expectations. Our quality policies and procedures are designed to meet strict quality specifications and to address quality-related concerns without delay.​

Product qualification

We are committed to producing world-class products. Our product qualification process involves rigorous testing and evaluation to ensure that our products meet the latest JEDEC, automotive AEC-Q100 / Q101 / Q104 and Power module AQG-324​.

Product analysis

We support Return Material Authorization (RMA) and in-depth product failure analysis to effectively identify the root cause and promptly resolve challenges.​

Reliability

We perform comprehensive reliability tests on our products. Our customers are provided with detailed reliability data generated using industry-leading tools and validated reliability calculators.​

We are committed for sustainability embedded in our vision, culture, strategy, and business processes. Our vision is to pursue eco-friendly growth, promoting a culture of sustainability and innovation, and thereby contributing towards a better world. LTSCT is also committed to seek sustainable growth by integrating Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) principles with its businesses while conducting our business.​

– Maverick (PAT, SYL, SBL via AEC-Q001/002)
– CIP (Error Proofing, Lesson learn/look across)
