We perform comprehensive quality checks at every stage of the product development process, including design, manufacturing, packaging, testing, qualification, and delivery, to ensure that quality consistently exceeds expectations.

We maintain strong engagement with customers and promote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging our quality management system (QMS), aligned with ISO standards and an ISO quality management system framework. As a quality-first organisation, LTSCT ensures customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and consistent products that comply with relevant ISO certifications.

Standards & Certifications

We are in the process of acquiring ISO certifications for Quality Management System – ISO 9001 and Information Security Management System – ISO 27001, along with TISAX Assessment, Environmental Management System – ISO 14001, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System – ISO 45001, and are aligning our products with other automotive ISO standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 26262, ASPICE, and VDA 6.3 all as part of a robust ISO quality management system.

Our quality policies and procedures are designed to meet strict quality specifications and to address quality-related concerns without delay, supported by an effective quality management system.

Product qualification

We are committed to producing world-class semiconductor solutions. Our product qualification process involves rigorous testing and evaluation to ensure that our products meet the latest JEDEC, automotive AEC-Q100 / Q101 / Q104, and Power Module AQG-324 requirements.

Product analysis

We support Return Material Authorization (RMA) and in-depth product failure analysis to effectively identify the root cause and promptly resolve challenges, reinforcing the reliability of our semiconductor solutions.

Reliability

We perform comprehensive reliability tests on our products. Our customers are provided with detailed reliability data generated using industry-leading tools and validated reliability calculators, in line with defined ISO standards.
